學經歷

    觀:

1.   從2003年延續到目前的微機電系統(MicroElectroMechanical system,MEMS) 在聲、光、電、磁、熱、力上的建模、數值分析、製程設計方面的研究以及跟業界打交道的經驗  ><"

2.   比較有話題的研究是仿生傳感器與制動器的商品化、Lab-on-a- chip 的細胞凋零與電磁耦合的理論誕生,以及微型仿生獵能元件的開發,最近則是埋頭苦幹於量子力學方法在大數據的應用。 


業界與學界的合作:

1.      與風起科技的純CMOS製程MIC的延燒

2.      與風起科技的穿戴型生醫電子系統的開發

3.      與風起科技的仿生微型獵能元件的製程討論
